Passenger elevator for station entrances, concourses and public buildings.
Transport and public
Escalators, moving walks and accessible elevators for stations, airports and public buildings. Built for busy public spaces, designed to keep people moving all day, and looked after by one team for the life of your building.
Built for the busiest places
Stations, airports and public buildings move large crowds every day, so every escalator, moving walk and elevator needs to run reliably, and when something does go wrong, faults need to be found and fixed quickly. Access matters too: people with prams, wheelchairs and luggage depend on step-free routes. Over long operating hours, energy use adds up. VTS designs, installs and services equipment around those demands, and plans the work within your access windows so live sites keep running.

Escalators
The E Series is our escalator range for busy public spaces. A frequency-controlled drive saves energy, and built-in diagnostics help our technicians find faults faster. Streamlined handrails and a range of finishes suit your station or building, with speeds of 0.5, 0.65 or 0.75 m/s.

Moving walks
The M Series moving walk helps people and their luggage cover the distance in airport terminals, long concourses, exhibition centres and pedestrian links. Choose a flat or inclined layout to suit your site.
Designed and installed to comply with Australian Standard AS 1735 and the National Construction Code (NCC 2022).
Figures depend on configuration. We confirm the specification for your project at design stage.
Step-free access for everyone
3000 and 5000 passenger elevators give stations and public buildings a step-free route between levels. Floor levelling to ±5 mm means wheelchairs and prams roll in and out without a bump.
Passenger elevator for larger loads and higher speeds, for major stations and taller public buildings.

Built for public spaces
Energy-saving drives
Frequency-controlled drives help reduce energy use, and that adds up over the long operating hours of a station or terminal.
Faster fault finding
Built-in diagnostics help our technicians pinpoint faults quickly, so equipment gets back into service sooner.
Smooth, comfortable ride
Smooth running and streamlined handrails give passengers a comfortable, confident ride, whether they travel every day or once a year.
Finishes chosen with you
We choose finishes with you from our range to suit the look of your station, terminal or public building.
Accessible elevators
3000 and 5000 elevators stop within ±5 mm of the floor, so wheelchairs and prams roll in and out without a bump.
One team, start to finish
One VTS team handles supply, installation, service and modernisation, so you have a single point of contact for the life of your equipment.

One team for the life of your equipment
Consult and design
We work with your designers, engineers and operators on equipment numbers, layouts, speeds and finishes.
Supply and install
Our team installs, tests and commissions every unit, working within possession and access windows so live sites keep running.
Service and maintain
Planned maintenance and clear reporting after every visit, so you always know the condition of your equipment.
Modernise
When escalators and elevators age, we upgrade key parts or replace whole units in stages to keep people moving.
Common questions
Can you work within our access windows on a live site?
Yes. We plan installation, maintenance and modernisation around your possession and access windows, and stage the work so stations and public buildings can stay open.
How high can an escalator rise?
The E Series is available with a rise of up to 12,720 mm between floors. We confirm the right configuration for your project at design stage.
Can moving walks be inclined?
Yes. The M Series can be installed flat or inclined at up to 12°, with lengths of up to 43,470 mm.
Do your escalators and elevators meet Australian Standards?
Yes. VTS escalators, moving walks and elevators are designed and installed to comply with AS 1735 and the National Construction Code (NCC 2022).
Can you modernise our existing escalators?
Yes. We can upgrade key parts or replace the whole escalator, and stage the work so that, where possible, other escalators and routes stay open.
