A quiet ride
Silent braking control and soft starts and stops keep the ride smooth and the machine quiet, so residents living beside the shaft are not disturbed.
Quiet, reliable elevators for apartment buildings, from new developments to existing strata buildings. Smooth for residents, easy to live with, and looked after by one team for the life of your building.
In an apartment building, the elevator is part of everyday life. Residents rely on it for the school run, the shopping and moving day, so it needs to work every day and run quietly beside the apartments around it. VTS designs, installs and services elevators with cars sized for furniture, prams, wheelchairs and stretchers, finishes that match your lobby, and a team that works with your strata committee or owners corporation from the first conversation to handover and beyond.

The 3000 is our passenger elevator for residential buildings. It is built for a quiet, comfortable ride and dependable daily service, with a compact layout that suits new apartment buildings and existing shafts.
Designed and installed to comply with Australian Standard AS 1735 and the National Construction Code (NCC 2022).
Figures depend on configuration. We confirm the specification for your building at design stage.
In a premium building, the elevator is part of the first impression. We design bespoke cabins with you, from wall panels, ceilings and lighting to floors and door finishes, so the elevator matches the interior of the building, and we deliver the performance taller residential towers need.
The 3000 reaches 3.0 m/s with loads of up to 1,600 kg in a machine-room-less layout, a combination not every elevator manufacturer can offer. With no machine room to build, more of the building is left for living space.

Silent braking control and soft starts and stops keep the ride smooth and the machine quiet, so residents living beside the shaft are not disturbed.
A permanent magnet synchronous machine needs no lubricating oil and has an independent braking system, for quieter running, cleaner machine spaces and less maintenance.
A regenerative drive returns braking energy to the building's supply, and standby power is under 50 W, helping to keep common-area running costs down.
Protection against unintended car movement (UCMP) is fitted as standard, so residents, visitors and children can travel with confidence.
A compact layout with the counterweight at the side or rear, and machine room or machine room less options, suits new developments and upgrades to older apartment blocks.
We size the car and doors for furniture, prams and stretchers, and choose finishes with you to suit your lobby and the character of the building.

Planned maintenance, repairs and clear reporting after every visit, so your strata manager always knows where things stand.
