Smooth, precise ride
Variable-frequency (VVVF) control and silent braking control give a smooth, quiet ride, and the car stops within ±5 mm of the floor for a level step in and out.
Fast, efficient elevators that move tenants and visitors through busy office buildings, from low-rise business parks to high-rise towers. Planned for peak traffic, quiet to ride, and looked after by one team for the life of your building.
In an office building, the elevators set the pace of the day. Morning peaks, lunch and evening traffic all test how quickly people reach their floor, and waiting times shape how tenants feel about a building and how easily it leases. Downtime costs tenants and owners alike. VTS plans elevator traffic early with your design team, then delivers quiet, comfortable rides and reliable service for the life of the building.

The 5000 is our all-round elevator for low, mid and high-rise office buildings. It moves people between floors quickly and quietly, with a choice of loads and speeds to suit your building's population and traffic.

The 7000 is built for tall office towers, where speed matters most. Running at 5.0 to 8.0 m/s, it carries tenants and visitors to the upper floors fast, with the same smooth, quiet ride.
Designed and installed to comply with Australian Standard AS 1735 and the National Construction Code (NCC 2022).
Figures depend on configuration. We confirm the specification for your building at design stage.

Variable-frequency (VVVF) control and silent braking control give a smooth, quiet ride, and the car stops within ±5 mm of the floor for a level step in and out.
A permanent magnet synchronous machine needs no lubricating oil and has an independent braking system, for quieter running, cleaner machine spaces and less maintenance.
A regenerative drive returns braking energy to the building's supply, and standby power is under 50 W, helping cut energy use in a building with heavy daily traffic.
Protection against unintended car movement (UCMP) is fitted as standard on every elevator, protecting passengers at every floor stop.
Over 65 functions come as standard, giving you a broad set of operating and safety features from day one, set up to suit how your building runs.
A compact layout with the counterweight at the side or rear, and machine room or machine room less options, suits new builds and existing shafts. We choose car sizes and finishes with you to suit your lobby.
High-rise commercial towers, where fast, high-capacity elevators keep tenants moving at peak times.
Low and mid-rise office buildings, business parks and suburban commercial centres.
Buildings that combine offices with retail, hospitality or residential floors, each with different traffic needs.
Civic offices, administration buildings and campus buildings used by staff and the public every day.
We work with your architects, engineers and design team on elevator traffic planning, numbers, sizes, speeds and finishes.
Our team installs, tests and commissions every elevator, and plans the work around occupied floors and day-to-day building operations.
Planned maintenance, breakdown response and clear reports after every visit.
When elevators age, we upgrade key parts or replace them, staged one elevator at a time so tenants keep moving.
It depends on the number of floors, the building's population and its peak traffic, such as the morning arrival rush. We work it out early with your design team, so the number, size and speed of elevators suit how the building will be used.
The 5000 suits low, mid and high-rise office buildings, with speeds up to 4.0 m/s. The 7000 is for towers that need 5.0 to 8.0 m/s. We recommend the right model once we know your building's height and traffic.
